Toms
Field Camping
Our site is located in the New Forest near the small town of Fordingbridge. We enjoy direct access to the forest and both ponies and cattle wonder freely adjacent to Toms Field. We are also close to a local shop (approx 1 mile) and within a 15 minute walk of a pub which serves good food.
There are both toilets and showers on site at no extra cost, ladies and gents are separate.
We are a quiet family orientated site and do not allow large loud groups to stay.
In order for our guest to enjoy the beautiful peaceful surroundings we have a no noise after 11.30pm policy, and no music at anytime.
The field provides perimeter camping only and each pitch is a generous 10 meters. We believe our campers would prefer more space at a slightly higher cost. We can offer a few pitches in a small copse at the bottom end of the field, or the rest have spectacular views on the wide field area. We have had very nice reviews on the UK campers web site and will try to maintain this in 2008. Dogs are welcome on our site, but we do expect them to be well behaved and the owners to clean up after them.
We welcome visitors with tents and camper vans, no caravans and are unable to offer electric hook up. The cost is as follows:
PITCH - £5 per night
ADULT - £5 per night
CHILD - £2.50 per night (3-14 years)
There is a £1.00 surcharge per adult on bank holiday weekends
Bookings are confirmed by phone, enquires via email (info@tomsfield.com) are answered as soon as we can. We can only except bookings for a min of 2 nights on normal weekends and 3 on bank holidays.
